I’ve known Kate for a few years now. When living in Skagway, I photographed the special people in her life and have seen her in a few relationships. But it wasn’t until meeting Rachel that I saw her really light up with that young-love kind of glow.

It was such a joy to return to this beautiful Alaskan town, and watch these two people bring out the laughs, love and beauty in one another. Place that love against the most beautiful backdrop during the golden hour, and you’ve got it made.
